As the Marketing and Design Lead for the Sacramento branch, I led the design of all physical, digital, graphic, and promotional materials (prints, flyers, advertisements, email newsletters, signage, etc.) for over 12 projects, events, campaigns, and collaborations, and designed 75+ posts for social media content.

I also analyzed audience engagement and insights on our account, managed direct messages to answer questions and coordinate customer appointments, and outreached and coordinated partnerships with businesses and people.
One of my biggest marketing campaigns that I worked on and coordinated was our collaboration with NFL 49ers player Arik Armstead. I was the lead for this project which included researching to determine our goals including the budget and finances and writing up the exact details of what our collaboration entails. I consistently coordinated with our nurses and Armstead's assistant over Slack, text, and email to coordinate services for Armstead as well as to coordinate our project. With Armstead, we created a giveaway on his account, as well as pictures and stories posted to his account, to reach a broader audience and increase our following and engagement.
I conducted SWOT analyses on our competitors, as well as market research on our target demographics. I also planned partnerships and conducted outreach, gathering and compiling contact information for local businesses and people we could partner with such as hotels, fitness studios, spas, country clubs, etc, while researching marketing strategies we could use for our campaigns.
Some projects I worked on was integrating our email newsletter programs and designing our weekly newsletters, researching and designing graphics for our intramural shot clinic and integrating it with our current design/brand identity, and creating graphics and materials for our vaccine clinics. I was in charge of our creative marketing and visual communications.
Coordinated vaccination and covid testing training for over 7 onboarding employees, and scheduling 4+ training days, as well as scheduling clients, nurses, and meetings.
I was a HIPAA certified and compliant employee and coordinated with clients/patients, nurse practitioners for clearance, and nurses, while taking client payments over the phone.
